Are you still relying on non-adaptive leadership thinking and skills

RESEARCH SHOWS

Businesses with the most diverse management have an operating profit margin of an average of 12.6 percentage points more than companies with the least diverse management.

Management as a group works more innovatively, is more dynamic in its decision-making, more productive and stable if its composition is diverse. Leadership decisions and the effect of leadership are better.

2019 analysis finds that companies in the top quartile of gender diversity on executive teams were 25 percent more likely to experience above-average profitability than peer companies in the fourth quartile. This is up from 21 percent in 2017 and 15 percent in 2014.

Thomas..much respect to you!  After completing the KICKSTART Executive leadership coaching program, I focused on implementing those areas learned via the live online group course plus your personal coaching.  Not only were my new adaptive leadership skills recognized during my last review, I was promoted to Director, during a pandemic. Great thorough program we focused exactly on what I needed to adapt in order to succeed during these times.. Thank you so much "   - Dreena

" I attended the Unlocking Harnessing Power of Emotional Intelligence class you facilitated at the University of Phoenix, last year right before COVID.  It was a requirement for our manager personal development. TBone, of all the management supervisory courses I have taken in years, this was the best class I attended so far. Not boring, engaging, interactive and insightful. I hope to attend more of your training and workshops. Thank you."  - James -

Adaptive leadership entails understanding the landscape, preparing for obstacles and being open to continual adjustments in order to solve complex problems..

T: Why is coaching and training adaptive leadership personally important to you?

In the leadership arena we all benefit from a diverse thinking and experience leadership base. Having worked in corporate for years, it amazes me  that minorities and women leadership make up is only 0.8% of all Fortune 500. Yet in spending they represent trillions of dollars, but not represented in leadership in the very places they sustain.

Thomas shares a corporate horror story of Amygdala Hijacking to highlight the importance of adaptive leadership skill of Emotional Intelligence.
